A Vital Mission
Mission Statement:
Humility of Mary Health Partners (HMHP) Foundation supports the mission of Humility of Mary Health Partners, to extend the healing ministry of Jesus by improving the health and well-being of everyone in our community, including those who are poor and underserved.
The HMHP Foundation coordinates and administers charitable gifts, trusts and bequests used to underwrite a variety of projects, programs and services that enhance health care in the Mahoning Valley. The work of this non-profit foundation, which reflects the mission of the hospitals and the Sisters of the Humility of Mary, focuses on four basic areas of need:
- Projects and programs that advance the hospitals’ services to the communities.
- Programs of the hospitals that address the health needs of the poor and underserved.
- Projects that beautify the hospitals’ environments for the benefit of patients, visitors and staff.
- Community-oriented health and wellness educational and screening programs sponsored by the hospitals.
Very importantly, 100% of all donations to the foundation are used to support our local hospitals and their related entities. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
