Description

SlimDown is a six-week weight management program taught by registered dietitians who are certified in weight management. Participants will learn lifestyle changes in the areas of food, activities and behaviors. The program is free to HMHP employees with a Hip to be Fit evaluation. Cost: $40.00; $20.00 repeat.
