Wireless Internet Access
We are pleased to offer free acess to the Internet via a wireless network for PDAs and computers. Access is available in all patient rooms and common areas throughout the building. When connecting to the Internet, the St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center welcome page should appear. Review the acceptable use policy and click “OK.”
If your device does not automatically connect, you can configure it manually by setting your SSID to “sebhc”. This is case sensitive and must be entered in lower case. Now you are connected to the Internet and can browse various sites. Our network is as secure as other wireless Internet access networks you might find in coffee shops, hotels, and airports.
For additional support, you can call the HMIS Help Desk at 330 747 1508, Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. To 4:30 p.m.
Help Desk support will focus on ensuring the network is up and running and will answer basic questions regarding configuration.
For more complex issues, consult your equipment owner's manual, visit your equipment manufacturer's website, or call their customer service number directly.
