About Humility of Mary Health Partners Patient E-Mail Service
Your message will be delivered by a volunteer during normal business hours. We will make every effort to ensure that patient email received by noon will be delivered by the end of the business day. Patient email received after noon is delivered by the next business day. We deliver messages Monday through Friday. Sorry, we are unable to deliver email messages on weekends or holidays. Our volunteers will make every effort to deliver your message promptly - but we cannot guarantee delivery. If a patient cannot be located or has been discharged, we will be unable to deliver your message. Undeliverable messages will be discarded.
The Send A Smile patient e-mail service should not be used for confidential or business solicitation communications. It is meant solely as a method of sending encouragement to patients and residents who are staying in one of our facilities. Remember not to include information of a private nature nor include any medical or diagnostic information in your message.
I, the sender, understand that my email will be received by volunteers of the Humility of Mary Health Partners and that such volunteers will have access to the content of the message. I hereby give permission to access the message and I acknowledge that I have no expectation of privacy with regard to the contents of the message. Humility of Mary Health Partners reserves the right to discard any message of an inappropriate nature. Note that some patients instruct us not to make their stay at one of our facilities known to the public. We respect the privacy rights of our patients and residents. Any messages sent to patients who have asked not to receive mail will be discarded.
Unfortunately, we can only receive and deliver inbound messages at this time. We are not able to provide a response back from the patient or provide outgoing email services for our patients. Patients may be contacted directly by telephone by calling the main switchboard number at our facilities.
