The teaching faculty consists of a program director, associate program directors, core faculty, and volunteer dental staff, five oral surgeons, an endodontist, an orthodontist, a periodonist and a pedodontist.
M. Frank Beck, DDS, FAAHD, MAGD,FICOI
|M. Frank Beck, DDS, FAAHD, MAGD, FICOI, DSCDA, is an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Northeast Ohio Medical University, as well as at The University of Pittsburgh College of Dental Medicine. He serves as the Program Director for the General Practice Dental Residency Program at Humility of Mary Health Partners and maintains a private practice in Boardman, Ohio. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1981. After completing a two-year General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center, he began private practice in Canfield, Ohio, and joined the faculty at St. Elizabeth Health Center. He is a Fellow in the American Association of Hospital Dentists, a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, a Diplomat in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a Diplomat in the Special Care Dentistry Association. He served as the Associate Program Director of the St. Elizabeth Health Center Department of Dentistry from 1997-2007 prior to assuming his role as Program Director in 2007. He is Chairman of the Department of Dentistry Medical Research Committee, a founding member of Sigma Xi Scientific Society of Youngstown State University, a co-founder of the Northeastern Ohio Implant Society and has served as its Vice-President since 1998. His clinical interests include fixed/removable prosthodontics, implantology, TMJ, sleep dentistry and oral systemic health. |
Douglas J. Styka, DDS

|A native of Youngstown, Dr. Styka attended Lock Haven University for his undergraduate training and graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After completing two-years at St. Elizabeth’s General Practice Residency in Dentistry program, he opened a private practice currently in Canfield. He has been a member of St. Elizabeth’s core faculty since 2000. His clinical interests include cosmetic dentistry and endodontics. |
Jill K. Babinec, DDS
|A native of Ohio, attended Youngstown State University for her undergraduate training and then Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 1997. She then completed a one-year general practice residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. She maintains a small private practice and is also an associate with Robert L. McIntosh, D.D.S. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and Corydon Palmer Dental Society. |
Robert F. Ohl, DDS
|A native of Youngstown, Ohio, received his DDS degree in 2000 from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After completing a one year General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center, he entered private practice with Dr. Andrew Wojtkowski in Canfield. He has been a member of St. Elizabeth’s core faculty since October 2001. His clinical interests include cosmetic dentistry. |
Wayne D. Roccia, DMD
|Dr. Wayne D. Roccia is a graduate of Seneca Valley High School, Harmony, PA. He continued his education at The Johns Hopkins University, majoring in pre-medicine/natural sciences, and graduating with honors. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he served as student body president. While at the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Roccia earned many awards, including the International College of Dentists Award for Idealism and Professionalism and induction into the Alpha Omega national dental honors society. In June 2008, he completed a four year specialized residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and its associated hospitals. Now an esteemed member of the medical community, Dr. Roccia is the author of several scientific publications and has lectured nationally and internationally in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Roccia has also lobbied in Washington, D.C. several times for patient’s rights and improvements of the health care system. Dr. Roccia is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, and a member of many leading medical organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Academy of Osseointegration. As a member of the Christian Dental Society, Dr. Roccia donates his time and talents to many third world missions, having established a medical and dental clinic in Belize. |Dr. Mayo was born and raised in the Youngstown area. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Wittenberg University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Ohio State University. Dr. Mayo completed a one year General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown prior to completing a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh. He is Board Certified, a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and|
Maxillofacial surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

|A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. Snyder attended Youngstown State|
University and The Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1992. After completing a General Practice Residency in Dentistry program in 1993 from St. Elizabeth Health Center, he then began his private practice, which is currently located in Boardman. In his practice, Dr. Snyder utilizes his training in the technology of CAD/CAM dentistry. Dr. Snyder also provides clinical services on the St. Elizabeth Mobile Dental Van.

Dr. Mark L. Billy was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio earning his undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University in Combined Sciences. In 1986, he earned his DDS degree from Ohio State University. Upon graduation, Dr. Billy was commissioned into the United States Army. He completed the Army's Advanced Educational Program in General Dentistry at Ft. Carson, Colorado in 1987. Following his military service, he completed a 4 year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland. He returned home in 1996. Dr. Billy specializes in dentoalveolar, implant surgery, reconstructive and facial trauma surgery and office anesthesia.
|Craig Wagley, DDS|
Dr. Craig Wagley was born in Salt Lake City, Utah but was raised in Port Neches, Texas. He earned his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Dental School in 1993. Dr. Wagley interned at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio where he completed a six year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. While in Cleveland, Dr. Wagley graduated from Case Western Reserve Medical School and did a general surgery internship at University Hospital. He now focuses on dentoalveolar, implant, and reconstructive surgery and office anesthesia.
| Todd Flere, DDS|
A native of McDonald, Ohio Dr. Flere attended Youngstown State University for his undergraduate degree, and then obtained his D.D.S. degree from Ohio State University in 2002. After completing a one year General Practice Residency in Dentistry at St. Elizabeth, he joined the private practice of Dr. William Kunkel in Girard where he is currently a partner. Dr. Flere has also provided dental services for patients with developmental and intellectual disabilities as an onsite dentist at Youngstown Developmental Center since 2003. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and has served on the board of trustees for the Corydon Palmer Dental Society.

|A native of Salem, OH, Dr. Crouse graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After completing a one year General Practice Residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center, he joined the faculty as a teacher preceptor. He was appointed Director of OR General Dentistry. He currently practices at SmileWright Family Dental in Salem. He was named team dentist for the Salem Quaker football team. He is a member of the ADA, AGD, ODA, and Corydon Palmer Dental Society. |

Donald J. Brunetti was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, earning his undergraduate degree from Hiram College in chemistry. In 1978, he earned his DDS degree from Ohio State University. After completing a one year general practice residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital, he opened his private practice in Austintown.

Dr. Patrick Huly was born and raised in North Jackson,Ohio earning his undergraduate degree from Kent State University in Biology. In 1996 he earned his DMD degree from Tufts University Dental School in Boston.After graduation he completed two years at St.Elizabeth's General Practice Residency Program. He currently has a solo private practice in Warren, Ohio. He enjoys playing basketball, golf and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and son, Ethan.

As an undergrad, he attended Duquene University in Pittsburgh and received his Dental Medical Doctorate from The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
