As a Level 1 center, St. Elizabeth is a leader in trauma education and injury prevention and is a referral resource for other communities. Each year, the hospital’s trauma services program offers an educational symposium to ensure both pre-hospital and hospital caregivers are kept up-to-date on the most effective trauma treatment procedures available.
